To report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card:
Please call our Member Service Department during normal business hours at 718-680-2121 or 866-392-9952 after hours to cancel your card.
To activate ATM/Debit Card:
Receiving a new or replacement card requires some action on your part. Taking this step will help ensure your new card is activated properly and ready for you to use. Here’s what to do when your card arrives.
- Activate it immediately. You’re new or replacement BRFCU ATM/Debit card can be activated by calling 866-392-9952 and following the prompts. If for some reason this method does not work, please call 718-680-2121 during normal business hours or visit any BRFCU branch.
Change My Debit or ATM Card PIN
Changing your ATM or Debit card PIN 24/7 is one request you can do easily with just a phone call. Make sure you have this info ready:
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number and/or date of birth.
- Your card’s CVV code (the three-digit number next to the signature panel on the back of your card).
